Will be back, if I come to Bilbao. The hotel is well-maintained and nestled in a very well maintained building. I have stayed in a deluxe room with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe.

New rooms facing the entrance, so you have all you need. 🌟 The staff is super friendly and the location is quiet, making it a top pick!

I had the a double room which was well-equipped and large with reasonable views in both directions. The location was peaceful and ideal, close to San Mames Stadium.

Delicious breakfast with eggs cooked to order, meats, and cheeses. Very pleasant staff and management. - Favourable and unbeatable location, around a 4-6 minutes walk from a high-tech museum.

room was bigger than expected and bathroom too! They were kind enough to leave us two chocolates when they made the bed and allowed us to bring the dessert from the restaurant up to the room prepared on a tray. hotel has a promotion (I don't know if it's temporary) that includes a dinner and breakfast for 30?. dinner at the restaurant exceeded my expectations, with a varied menu, good product and excellent attention and perfect continental breakfast too, with lots of variety, almost instantaneous repositioning and option to eat freshly made hot dishes (no iron to keep the heat, direct from the kitchen). Without a doubt, hotel to repeat, for views, excellent attention and value for money.

We didn't find anything important that was negative. As a minor glitch, the television in our room was modern but had no Smart TV capabilities

The mattress and dealing with the staff

We booked with pet accommodation, and when we made the reservation we had to specify the size of our pet, and accept the price stipulated by them of 22 ? per night, almost as much as we paid for each person, in principle we did not care since our pet is one more of the family, the surprise was when we arrived at the hotel and had to sign a kind of contract, with a lot of rules about our pet among them that could not stay alone in the room. Apart from that in several days despite leaving the room in the middle of the morning, so that they could do it when we returned to the hotel after eating, we found the room to do, having to notify the reception and therefore waiting outside it with our pet until they did it.

The hotel is well-maintained and located in a very quiet area near the Basque Country. The room is brand-new and the bathroom is spacious, equipped with a shower, hairdryer, and bidet. The location is convenient, close to the Alsa bus station, subway, and Maritime Museum.

The awful smell in a room, the lavatory did not work properly.

The receptionist was very helpful when we checked in and gave us specific directions to a restuarant which had been recommended to us.Going to book today for an overnight stay in August. Location good for us.ie bus station and airport.

The room was actually really nice, it had drinks available and a window facing the entrance with decent views. 🥤 The breakfast was fantastic and the food was pretty good.

The air conditioning did not work. the curtins were not thick enough to keep out the light or to keep out the heat.

The deluxe queen room is modern and practical, with exceptional service and a tasty breakfast.

All the staff - reception, breakfast, cafe, housekeeping - were efficient and pleasant. Our room was clean and comfortable. We found the location - just a short easy walk to the nearest tram stop - very convenient.

A large group monopolised the breakfast room on both mornings of our stay, although a small side room had been set out to accommodate other hotel guests.
