The air conditioning struggles to keep up during heat, leaving guests uncomfortable!!! Poor Wi-Fi can cause frustration when working online, and the limited restaurant hours can make dining tricky!!!

the staff were so lovely and accommodating, making our stay even better as we truly enjoyed the easy walks to breathtaking sites like the Guggenheim Museum and beautiful park views at La Campa de los Ingleses.
